i can't create a new account.....?

i just re-installed my computer....

 

and it's full of problems.... like by far too much.,..

i've already re-installed my laptop 3 times today......

the first time, all the languange came out as jiberish, and letters all messed up......

the second time, it was in a re-boot cycles where the OS never booted up...

 

and this is the third time, and here i though everything was going well....  and then, i can't access the "add or remove user account" option....

i enter the password, and then it does nothings................

 

F this S#!T......

 

but i thought "hey! my warrenty still has 2 months left, and i called them, and then they tell me to press "F8" before OS boot, and it showed nothing with the hardware....  so they don't want to fix it

but there's clearly something wrong......

 

my HDD gives off some squeeky sounds, and my laptop gets a "memory dump" at least every week, but they said because the "computer check" shows it's fine they're not gonna fix it....

 

oh, and + i dunno why, but even if i re-install flash and firefox, youtube is in defulat showing "cinema mode" and has no option to turn it to normal

currently you have proven a software issue, and that is all.

 

you will find that the warranty does not cover labour, which is why they are not covering it.
