iPhone 5 power button not working

Hey guys,

Recently my power/lock button on my roughly 2 year old iPhone 5 started being faulty. It still has the click sound but to actually activate the button i really have to push down extremely hard and even then sometimes it does'nt work. I just replaced the power button following the iFixit guide but that has not resolved the issue. Does anyone know what I need to replace to get it working again? Is it the flex cable or the power button bracket?? Please help
