Should i keep the Permanent Anti-DDoS Pro on my OVH VPS?

Yes,right now. It's a team speak server,and i kicked some d*** out. He got butt hurt.I'd like to better secure my server. And,it gets low quality and laggy. Any help with that? And the times i've been DoS'd i haven't seen the size ether.

 

That is weird, OVH ddos protection should be plenty for some random kids attacks.

 

You should try contacting OVH support and ask why you don't see the statistics.

Will it cause any negative side effects? And also,When i try to see the attack size,it doesn't show... Any reason why? Thanks.

There is no negative effects keeping it on.

 

Are you getting ddossed? If you aren't you obviously wont see any attack size.

The attack is probably less than 3-4Gbps,so OVH should be fine with it... :/

Actually OVH's vac can only mitigate 480 Gbps (3x160Gbps) but that should be enough because attacks over 200Gbps are very rare
