turning second monitor off with a hot key

i was wondering if there is a way to set up a hot key on my key board that will turn my second monitor off or set multiple displays to show desktop only on 1

i have a corsair vengeance k70 keyboard.

didn't know if there was a way to do in the software or a downloadable soft ware.

It's probably configurable but it'll probably take a lot of effort to get working to your liking.

the easy/cheating way would be to record a macro, and set the macro up to listen for a specific key press.

 

Then do the opposite to undo it.

 

autohotkey can do this if you're skilled enough to figure it out.

 

If you have 3 monitors, and configure nvidia surround, you can toggle from surround to 1 display with ctrl+alt+r

Might be achievable with AutoHotKey and executing that when using a hotkey... Egh.

Different display profiles with DisplayFusion can do something like that.
