This is my build... (Nothing OC)

 

GTX 980

AMD 9590 + H105

M5A99FX R2.0

G.Skill Ripjaws X 16G(2x8) 1333

PSU+SDD+HDD+fans+ect.

 

I think I'm bottlenecking with my RAM but I'm unsure what to buy.

2 sticks or 4 sticks, what speed, DDR 4 and new mobo?

I don't know much about RAM so anything helps, ty.

The RAM shouldn't be a problem, there are no real differences between 1333, 1600 or 1866. Something else much be at fault.

How would my cpu be bottlenecking?

Because any fx series CPU will be a bottleneck to a 980 in most games.

Even a 970. And probably a 780.
