I am going to upgrade my desktop to Haswell-E since Broadwell-E is far off. And I am looking to migrate my AMD motherboard/cpu/ram to take over my HTPC needs. So I am looking for ATX HTPC cases. It needs to fit a fullsize GPU and 2 3.5" harddrives. I can be coaxed to buying a smaller PSU but I have a regular sized PSU as well. So I am really in the market for a ATX case that come with a PCI express riser to get lower profile. Much like the official steam machine really. :)

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the Steam Machine had an ITX mobo.

This may sound crazy... but have you considered a server rack (1U or 2U)?

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.

No I have not considered it. And No it does not sound crazy. 2U should be able to hold a regularly positioned GPU? But I think a rackmountable case might be too wide for my current TV table. I can check this howerver.

The GPU is not a problem, the PSU is what might be an issue in a server rack case...
