Will this bottleneck?

I'm making a new build for my system. I'm planning to go for a i5 4690K ( cooled with a nh-d14 ) combined with a 2-way gtx 970 sli configuration. As the title says, does it bottleneck?

I'm going to use the system mainly for gaming, as well as programming & basic multimedia usage. It should be able to handle 1/2 virtual machines. 

& As a side question , would 750W be enough to power the above? ( O.C.)

See no reason why it would.  750w is enough for 2 vid cards.  It would in my opinion be the lowest I would go for 2 vid cards but it should work.

750W should be more than enough for that.

No bottleneck whatsoever - the 4960k is a fantastic CPU, and overclocks like a beast!

That computer would perform extremely well and beat most other computers out there

I would go a little bigger on the power supply then just to be safe.  850 w should do.  Are you from US or CA?

Thanks for the quick response. It's going to run on a 1440p G-sync monitor. Second card could be overkill, but that one is for later AAA titles.

Oh haha.  Right on  Yeah I would at least go for an 850w for some head room on that overclock.  I had a good deal in canada actually for a power supply from newegg but wont do you any good in Netherlands.

Hell no. 2-way SLI 970's are NEEDED if you want to play at 1440p, 1 970 struggles like hell at this resolution.

Also 800-850w should be enough. And i think that you are either gonna get the acer predator monitor or the ROG one. Lucky you! hope you enjoy it to the max!

R u kidding - a single 970 would max a lot of games out at 1440p at ultra - just look up the benchmarks - I know jayztwocents did one
