Should I get a GTX 750TI with benq 144hz 24inch monitor

And I know there's other monitors and GPU but I prefer these ones so plz just suggest one of them

Save a bit longer and get the 144hz with 970. Or try look for something second-hand. Can get good deals on some things if you find the right deal.
