Looking for something that would fit the LGA1155 socket and is black.

And Black fans with blue leds would be amazing (wouldn't mind ghetto rigging).

No budget but preferably >$50.

The best looking and peforming black cooler that came to my mind is one of the be Quiet ones, like the Dark Rock 3.

But they're a bit over your "budget".
