Anyone come across a fix for the game randomly crashing throwin up a Err_gfx_D3d_init  error?

Happens all the time 5min into game,  Tried underclocking gpu, updating to beta drivers, nothing works.

Some solutions other people reported working:

1. Restarting PC

2. Deleting GTA 5 settings file

3. Using Geforce Experience/Raptr to set graphics settings

4. Verifying game cache if bought through Steam

5. Running GTA 5 in high CPU usage mode.

Same thing is happening to me aswell. The oc i have now on the gpu has been running stable on basically everything i have done for the past month, but keeps crashing in gta after a half hour in. Nothing short of returning the gpu to stock clocks fixed it (even a negligible oc like +50mhz as oppose to the +250 i normally run didnt work), which is sort of annoying as the gpu has issues running this game at 1440p on the higher settings.

I've had the same problems and have crashed 30+ times reinstalled the game four times, I  finally fixed my issue by turning off MSAA and Nvidia TXAA, and I've been fine ever since.
