Dust

I swear there's more dust in my room alone than the rest of the apartment combined x5. I keep my tech in my room, sleep there, and mostly just sit in front of my computer. In just 2 weeks after cleaning the filter in front of my computer I would see 2 circles of dust already formed where the fans are. In just 1 day of wiping off my laptop's lid, there's already lots of dust forming. 

 

Are there any ways to keep the dust OUT. Any methods of removing the dust already in the room?
