OBS or Camtasia Studio

OBS is the best free one I know of, Camtasia Studio costs money but is really useful for desktop recording, not really game recoridng.  But great for desktop recording, and includes an editor which actually includes the ability to speed or slow time for a certain ammount unlike Movie Maker.  

 

As I said before OBS (open broadcaster software) is really good for both streaming and recording and is REALLY customizable and stuff, it even includes Quicksync if you've got an Intel CPU and are in to that.
