G-Sync and OBS Issues

I started streaming on Twitch TV again and I have been using my ROG Swift monitor. I thought my OBS settings were messed up but after I turned off gsync the issue was gone. So when I start streaming CSGO with gsync there is horrible stuttering. GTA5 has stuttering as well. It sucks so bad not to play with gsync on once you have it. It is really noticeable in GTA5 how unsmooth the game is without it. Anyone have any idea what the hell it could be?

try g-sync at 120hz.

why use OBS when shadowplay works great?

Switching to 120 didnt help, I can use shadow play but it is not as good as OBS. I cant create scenes and what not. There has got to be something that is wrong with it. Really frustrating.

Well Shadowplay has zero issues so I guess ill use that and just deal with it. I cant go back to not playing with gsync lol.

Cos Twitch has an ingest limit of 3500Kbps.  3500Kbps h.264 encoding with Shadowplay uses is absoluite shit quality.  3500Kbps x264 (cpu encode) though looks great.

Yeah that is why I want to use OBS because the quality seems a little better but I still have not found a solution. There are absolutley no other posts with any solution at all on the damn internet lol. I seem to be the only one having this problem.
