H440 PCI-E Exposed Length

Hi,

So I plan on getting the H440 and a few braided PSU cable extensions and was wondering what the length of the exposed part of the PCI-E cable is. I know it will vary from build to build but I need to have an idea of how long a cable extension I need.

Basically the value of x:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790k. Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Ranger GPU: MSI GTX 970

It would depend on the graphics card and the motherboard so it would help to list those if you already have those parts planned out.

I just need a rough figure but I plan on getting a MSI GTX 970 4G and a Asus z97 Maximus VII ranger
