Can someone help me? My computer just shutdown after i was playing a game. I tried to start it but it got stuck after the bios so i forced shutdown it and it never showed anything.

I already tried booting with only a stick of ram attached, but it still doesn't shows the bios screen. I also noticed that I can't force shutdown it. The only way to shut it down is to unplug the power.

I inspected the CPU but found no bent pins and burn marks.

So can anyone tell me if my CPU died or is it my mobo??

I was using a A8 5600k with GA F2A58M DS2 mobo and a GT 630 card

By the way, sorry for the bad English :<

If it boots into bios then the cpu is working at least to some degree. Reset the cmos by removing the small alkaline battery from the mobbo and then putting it back in. See if that helps at all, it will clear any custom bios settings.

it doesn't show the bios anymore after the first reboot. Already cleared the CMOS, but it is still giving me nothing

Clear CMOS again

take out the GPU

plug the monitor to mobo

see if you can get a display
