Cpu Usage all of a sudden higher?

Alright, so last night I noticed when idling, my cpu usage was at 12%, which is odd since I always idle at 0%. I noticed that this was because of the process, Windows Modules Installer Worker. I have never seen this before. What is this?(I just got a new monitor the other the day, could that have caused it)

Have you run a virus scan?

Virus scans are clean. Could it be possibly a bad update on microsoft's part and I'll just have to wait for a fix?

look in the task manager to find out what's using the CPU
