I have a brand-new issue that started a week or two ago, with no major updates to my computer in the meantime except for a gpu update, which I have since reinstalled.

When I open Overwatch or Metro Exodus, there is what seems to be a 50/50 chance that I encounter major stuttering. Like every second. I can't make a circle with my mouse without it stuttering around. The only fix I have found is to restart the computer.

As I said, I reinstalled the gpu driver. I updated the bios as well as other extraneous updates on the B550 page. I opened overwatch today and it's happening again.

The only other game I've been playing recently is Battlefield 2042, and I've never noticed this issue on that game.

Where should I go from here troubleshooting wise?

I should add that the only programs open at all times on my computer are Steam, Origin, Blizzard, Logitech Hub, and GForce Experience. But again, nothing has changed. It's the same as it ever was, unless they updated without my knowledge.
