H97 chipset overclock?

hey guys i want to buy a new motherboard ... ASRock H97 Fatal1ty Killer or MSI H97 Gaming 3 with an i5 4690K 
so can i use this mother board to overclock the i5 to around 4.2 ghz / 4.4 ghz?

You need a Z97 not H97 to overclock

Yes, that board supports OC for CPUs just fine but you wont be able to OC your RAM (not sure if you plan on doing that or not).

Yes, it will OC just fine.. even more than 4.2GHz most likely.

you can see at 7:09 there is NON-Z OC up to 4.6GHz in BIOS and he set all cores to 4.5GHz (ALL CORE - 45).

i5 4670k/i5 4690k

 

I dont know about the MSI one.
