Will a 750W Power supply be enough for

(x2) Reference GTX 760s

i7 2600k @3.6Ghz

32GB RAM\

?

Yes. The bare minimum (not something I suggest getting) is 500w so 750 is good. You will not be at full load (also a good thing) and you will have room to expand a bit
