So I'm a fellow PC enthusiast from Singapore and I thought it was time for me to build my very own gaming PC. I would be using my PC mostly for playing games such as BF3/4, LoL, and Cities:Skylines, as well as some overclocking. I don't have much money to spare so I'll like to keep within a price range of S$1600-S$1700+. I'm using the link below as a gauge of the prices I would expect from buying computer parts around here, and I plan to buy stuff locally so PLEASE don't recommend shipping computer parts. Right now this is what I have in mind:

http://www.cybermind.com.sg/pdf-upload/pricelists/cybermind.pdf

CPU: i5 4690K (3.4GHz/ 6MB) - $353

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97MX-Gaming 5 - $228

GPU: MSI GTX750Ti Twin Frozr Gaming 2GB OC - $259

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600c9 - $118

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 120GB SSD - $139

HDD: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM - $109

Case: NZXT H440 - $199

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i GTX - $185

Total: $1590

I need some help selecting a PSU so please recommend one, preferably from the price list above. Also feel free to suggest any changes that could be made to the rig so long as it keeps to the budget. However, I do want to point out that I would rather stick with a liquid cooler even when it's more expensive because the area around me is not the cleanest and I don't want to clean out a heat sink tower every other month. (And mostly for aesthetic reasons as well)

I know this may be a lot to ask, but I would really appreciate the help.

Mobo's are expensive there, oh well :D

Get a 970 instead of a 750ti if you can.

500W is enough for a psu and change the i5 to an i7 with stock cooling.

With watercooling you need to clean the rad instead of the heatsink so the cleaning problem won't go away.

Anyway, the case has filtered intakes so it should not be a issue anyway.

A CX500m or a seasonic 520W is probably what you want.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

Any reasoning on why you want a small motherboard to a big case? You have a micro atx board.

For the PSU you should go with the 650 watt so you can get room for upgrades

The Seasonicc 650W X-650 is good because it has a silent fan. But for 20 dollars less you could also get the g-650

A quality 550W is enough for most single GPU setups, so I'd go for one of those. Don't go for CX500M if you can help it

Seasonic 620W S12-II / 5yrs 80+Bronze 105

That looks good, $105

i5 4670k - Z87X-UD3H - EVGA GTX 670 Sig 2 - Samsung 840 Evo 250GB - 8GB Avexir Core White 1600Mhz - Corsair 750D w/ RGB LED Mod & Remote Control - 2x SP120 - 3x Enermax Cluster - 2TB Seagate SSHD - Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 - SuperFlower Leadex Gold 750W
