are you a normal logitech user, if you are, i would recommend the G502 proteus mouse..

i had used logitech for MANY years, and then wanted to try something else, and have had every expenive mouse i could own, the last one was the Roccat Kone XTD and the Corsair M65, both great mouse..

had an issue with the Kone XTD, that it suddenly deleted all the settings in the mouses memory, and i l could not update it, so in panic i bought a on sale g502, but got the Kone working again, but 2 sec after taking the G502 in use, i simply threw the KONE back in the cabinet.

The Logitech simply has a feel, that i either gotten used to (still has a couple of performance MX i use for work), or it is just better, but i´m not changing back ...

it´s not that pretty, but its sturdy, it´s fast, it has ok ergonomics and nice tactile buttons (the Roccat had an annoying rubberized cover that smudge easily, and buttons that felt different)

i actually liked the corsiar, but the mousewheel made a clonk everytime i changed direction, hated that...

so i would be the boring one and recommend the Logitech G502

If you want a basic mouse good for gaming with decent sensors and the like for a good price, go for the Razer Abysuss 2014. That's if you dont mind not having the extra buttons. Its basically the same as a old deathadder without the shape and buttons.

I wouldn't recommend it for a lot of mmo's though. Its a better FPS mouse if anything because of its simplicity.

My favorite mouse is the G502. It's on sale right now :)

Great for palm grip, not sure for claw.

Few weeks ago I got a Zowie FK1 mouse and really like it, replaced my Roccat Kova+ as I decided it was time to try a different mouse when the Kova+ started to die on me.

Logan's review of it on Tek Syndicate got me interested in it.

^ This is absolutely nutz. I'm so confused.

Why forward peeps to a money under the table advertising fed non gaming mouse list?

These are all horrible to mediocre choices at best:

Corsair Vengeance M65 - this mouse weighs 164g - one of the heaviest mice - uses a laser sensor :/

Logitech G602 Wireless Gaming Mouse - wireless - not the best for FPS gaming

Logitech T650 Wireless Rechargeable Touchpad - a touchpad for a good mouse?

Penclic Bluetooth Mouse B3 - who wants to throw down in an FPS with a pen mouse

Evoluent VerticalMouse 4 for Mac (Right-Hand) - wow

Microsoft Sculpt Mobile Mouse - no

Roccat Tyon - um

Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition - this is for execs

Rapoo 7100P Wireless Optical Mouse - wireless + sigh

Logitech Wireless Mouse M560 - wireless

Pick up the G402 or G502.

It might depend on what games you like. I picked up a g402 and regret it. I'd much rather have had a http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/344964-mionix-naos-7000-3999usd-40-off/page-1or Steelseries but I made some logistical errors. You have a lot of good options out there though. Just find one on sale.
