Best MB for me?

hey peeps, jw what do you think i should get as a new MB? ill prolly be willing a $200-$300 budget if its worth it. i love gaming but not a super crazy need for more than the raedeon 7850 i have now,and do a ton of photoshop and afereffects premire and soon illustrator and bridge.

 

other components i have and wish to keep with my system:

1. AMD FX 6300 six core CPU

2. 16gb RAM

3. Giabyte Raedeon 7850 2gb

4. 120mm CPU liquid cooler

5. 850w power supply

6. 1tb HDD

7. card reader

 

i also have a small case and want to upgrade that as well, needs radiator support and some good airflow room if anyone has suggestions on that as well.

Depends on purposes and how far OC should go.

For $200-300, the better upgrade would be a Xeon E3-1231v3 and decent H81/B85 board.
