This Monitor from BenQ , the GW2765HT 27 inch WQHD,  or link here http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824014383

Anyway that one, appears to be a good monitor for light gaming, browsing, content creation and even image editing.  But does not excel in one particular area.  Also there is mixed reviews on whether it has backlight bleed. One reviewer on Amazon gave a decent review and stated it did have backlight bleed.  That is something that can cause some eyestrain , correct me if it does not.  It seems the Blue in LED Lights cause eyestrain.   Back on topic , this is a fair price at 479.99 CDN (13% discount from 549.99) even with some very nice 1440p panels coming this year, two i am eyeing, their prices will be higher , possibly a few hundred dollars more.  I need to know your thoughts on the  GW2765HT, I am in need of LTT Forum assistance .

I kind of went all over the place in trying to ask a question. So in short is this a decent Monitor with a good panel or a piece of junk that any person with functioning retinas should stay away from?

The Asus PB278Q seems to be the best bang for the buck right now. Asus is meant to be selling a couple new IPS displays soon but I think the price will be quite a bit higher.
