that's not bad, i haven't heard a lot about these fans so i'm not sure. 1800 rpm can be loud, buy them tell us what you think. they don't look bad. 

i would take manufacture test with a grain of salt, for fans they are best case most the time.

im gonna put it the front of the fractal r4 case and ill probably not run the fans 1800rpm so it could be quite. Ill test it first at full speed.
