Windows not installing

So I'm trying to install windows 8.1 on my new build, but when I select the install USB it keeps going to "BOOTMNG Missing Press CTL ALT DEL to REBOOT". How do I install it? 

 

MOBO: MSI z97 Gaming 7

SSD: Kingston 120 GB

re setup the USB

As suggested you should try to put the iso on the usb again, also maybe try a different usb device, or make sure to use one with nothing else on it.

get the offical 8.1 iso

search that on google

download the iso

then use wintobootic

to put the burn the iso to a usb stick

Did you use the MS USB imaging tool to create the USB?

Make sure you're using a USB 2.0 port. Windows can't install via USB3 yet

The problem was the software I was using, it installed when i used "Rufus". All is good.

Yes it can, I watched one do it the other day.

 

EDIT: although if there are other issues that might cause a USB 3 device to not boot in a tablet but boot on a laptop I'd love to hear it. We have 60 tablets that need a specific windows image installed and cant do it.
