Desperate for help.

Go to solution Solved by Prastupok,

I think id go with the noctua if its the best performing?  Definately want to get something good, and dont really care about the aesthetics.

Well, it's one of the best, if not the best air cooler.

So I need to get a pc built very soon.  I'm giving my current pc away, and theres some file transfers that I need to do, but i have encountered a dilemma. My build was pretty much done, until I found some reviews of the liquid cooler I had chosen, the cooler master Glacer. Many people seemed not too happy with their purchase, mostly because it sprayed water around their case, or was just plain loud. Same with the Nepton. I really do not want to have my build destroyed because of water damage, so I was wondering if I should consider switching to a air cooler, or if anyone knows of any better liquid coolers. These are my current build specs. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/drawerboy99/saved/gHg48d  Ill be using this for serious gaming and photo editing. Any advice?  Also, Id like it if its a liquid cooler to be pre built, so I dont have to go through the hassle of finding tubing and all that jazz. Thanks!

Are you overclocked a lot?

If not doing a custom loop, why not take a look at a good air cooler?  They get close to the same temps as AIOs, but with less noise and no leaking.

The projects never end in my line of work.

I dont plan to be doing much over clocking at all. Do you have any recommendations for air coolers?

If you don't mind the color, Noctua makes some great ones (I use an NH-D15)

If you want some aesthetic, the bequiet brand ones are pretty good on performance, but look better to some people.

If you need a budget, the 212 EVO or T4 towers are the go-to.

The projects never end in my line of work.
