Budget:

My Budget is anywhere between 1 to 2k, it is a graduation present to myself for completing college

 

Aim:

I'm looking for Future Proofing as well as 4k Gaming performance. I want to run Witcher 3 at 4k at 60 fps

 

Monitors:

1 monitor hopefully with G-sync ( team green)

 

Peripherals:

Mouse and Keyboard are tried and true, dont need to upgrade

It doesn't have to coordinate, just so happens that good parts come in white

A single 980 isn't going to get any modern games at 4k in 60fps unless you turn the settings to medium.

For 4k get a titan x or two 980's and a 4790k and with your budget get a x99 deluxe mobo

Psu: anything from corsair bitfenix or evga and other mainstream companies

SLI would be much better, but if you're going to spend that much on GPU I would avoid sli and just get a titan x that is made for 4k.
