Moto x active display not working

Just last night i wiped my phone and reset it to factory settings. Today I reinstalled a few app and customized it a little. A little latter, I found that the active display was not working. I made sure the settings were ok and they were set to have active display function and I have restarted it and shut down the phone several times. Any solutions on making it work again.
