So today I am going to purchase a new mechanical keyboard, cherry MX brown, and a new mouse for gaming.

So far my line up is the Logitech G710+ and the G502. I was wanting to know what y'all thought about that as a good set up for gaming and comfort and/or if you could recommend anything better.

G502 or G402 are great choices if you don't have large hands. I don't find the G502 to be 'heavy'.

IMHO the Zowie mice don't really compare in performance (tracking/debounce etc) or quality.

Didn't the G710 have keycap issues? Yup found some of the references here.

I've always had Logitech keyboards but Corsair has taken their place as the mainstream keyboard leader.

I haven't heard of it being "too heavy" as my brother uses it for LoL and I would've heard about it by now.

As for keyboard the other recommended one from friends is the K70RGB.

Definitely getting the mouse though.

For the mouse:

What's the budget?

How big are your hands? Check the link in my sig for measurements.

What grip do you use?

For the keyboard:

What, again, is the budget?

What key switch do you want?

Do you want tenkeyless/full size/macros on the side?

Any other needs?

I was just essentially ending off so I didn't feel the need to quote.

I have held the G502 in my hands and it was appropriate sized.

As for keyboard I should have mentioned I want MX Brown switches, don't care whether or not it has macros, with $170~ being about my max.

Hmmm, well either the G710+ or something from Cooler Master in the lower price range of that 170. Ducky's Shine is great. Das makes good stuff if you can type without looking at the keyboard as they have really cheap printing on the caps.
