My budget is MAX £2000 for the tower build only, don't need monitors, keyboard, mouse, speakers etc.

it looks very nice :)

but if you not rendering or stuff like that i don't really  see the point of 32gb of ram/memory 16gb should be fine

It's not a pre made, there are some similar build on scan however
