89$ for 250GB samsung 850 Evo.... Don't know where you could go wrong. http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-2-5-Inch-Internal-MZ-75E250B-AM/dp/B00OAJ412U/

 

I bought two of those when they were 110$ earlier this year. Fast, reliable, long ass warranty. At that price I probably could've gotten 3.
