I'm trying to stay away from the MSI Krait.

why?

budget?

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

Thats not enough info, are you starting a new build or getting a new mobo for an old one? If its an old one we need to know what hardware you have so everything is compatible.

ASUS Sabertooths are great motherboards in my experience :) the UEFI is smooth and overclocking is easy, with more advanced features if you need them. Just make sure to anagram your TUF INSIDE sticker to get a fancy PC name. My computer is named Nude Fist 1 because I cut out the letters on the TUF INSIDE sticker that came with my Sabertooth

Nude Fist 1: i5-4590-ASRock h97 Anniversary-16gb Samsung 1333mhz-MSI GTX 970-Corsair 300r-Seagate HDD(s)-EVGA SuperNOVA 750b2

Name comes from anagramed sticker for "TUF Inside" (A sticker that came with my original ASUS motherboard)

This one MIGHT cut the mustard for you...at least it looks like it's predominantly black with white DIMM alternating slots:

Of course, there is that debate on what the CAD price is for it...but it should be good bang for the buck regardless.
