Windows 8.1 Theme Glitch?

So I recently installed a new thing, however I noticed I have this monstrosity (see image). How would I go about removing it?

Just click on the View button and it will auto hide that menu

I'm an idiot, thanks guys <3 ly I don't think thats quite right, if you look at the reference picture to this theme, it completely has that removed.

Don't know how it's a glitch but just press the X button near the top.

Didn't expect same things, using everything in default settings.

EDIT: maybe this theme was maden for win7, then adapted for win8 and u have a screen from win7 version. This is the only variant. I use midnight commander instead of this 'explorer'.

Ok, long shortly: u cannot remove this from windows file explorer.

How is this Windows 8.1 bug? You are modifying system files. The bug is from the theme itself and the ribbon remover system hack.

Windows get updated often. Hacks needs to be updated accordingly.
