Quiet Electric fan for my gaming room

Hello i need a electric fan for my gaming room but its has to be quiet because i spent $10,000 for my rig with a custom case to be silent  

So i need a fan or a cooler to cool me for the summer nut it has to be QUIET!!!

You could put it on top of your computer - it should be generating enough heat.

yes well i would call it a work rig rather than gaming rig i spent over 4k alone for my case and watercolling

Do you have some kind of a nuclear reactor cooling solution inside of it?
