I was wondering if anyone could help me with the question what is the difference between the Intel Core i5-4440 and the 4460. Thanks. 

Also would the i5-4440 paired with the AMD R9 280 be able to run GTAV and The Wicher 3 at good settings?

Clock speed I guess. Nothing else....

You won't really notice a huge difference, 4460 is SLIGHTLY better.

 

Same with i7 4770k and 4790k

Official memory voltage support and clock speed. Besides that they are identical pretty much.

Yes, even 4440 and 4460 are already good if you just want to get cheaper i5.
