So, we all know the category files, Videos, Documents, Downloads etc, how do I get those off of C:\ (For my OS ONLY) and onto my D:\ (hard drive for everything else) These guys have told me to "move" under location and that just duplicates the fucking files, to where anything in videos is in my D drive, and anything in D drive shows up into Videos.

yeah, there you go, drag and drop, now it's moved and copied.

do you not want the file also on the C: drive? delete them then.

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

Obviously the question didnt make sense, why would I delete the main folders inside my file? And once again copying doesnt do anything but make a duplicate, I want to move the original, why is this so hard to grasp?

right click move to, then select the file where you want to move it.

i don't think you're explaining this correctly.

do you want any new content to manifest on the D: drive instead of C:?

in that case you need to change you defaults in your programs, say you download files via firefox and it goes to your downloads folder in C: you want that to go to D: instead? you'll have to go in firefox's settings and change it.

saving microsoft word files to "my Documents" by default? go in microsoft word and change the default location to the D: drive.

you have to change the default locations in each program that puts files there.

All of the files such as Videos, Documents, Downloads, ETC all of those that show up below "This PC" in file explorer, I want their path to be on my D: drive, instead of the C: drive, so when I download something and it is inside the Download folder, it is inside D:, so it doesnt take up C: which is for OS

exactly, you've got to change the defaults in whatever program writes to your drives.

I will simple it up as much as I can, http://gyazo.com/585d80a8cf19e795ebec2003e2d5113c ALL OF THESE FOLDERS HERE, is what I'm trying to get off of C: and onto D:, http://gyazo.com/7077e34ace46f97279b7019c0e539aa9 Where it says "LOCATION" which is a C: path, I would like to somehow move onto D:, but anything that has to do with the "Location" (TAB) doesn't work and causes problems. So to sum it up I would like to see ( http://gyazo.com/56fce07dcbafb42c1ee5a39930b7200e ) when I click on my D: Drive.
