This is my first tech review video, so I'm completely open to constructive criticism.

Pro Tip: don't use flash when taking pictures of your build; use a longer exposure instead. Prop up your camera with something (preferably a tripod) if necessary.

if you use retarded/autistic/etc to mean stupid please gtfo

Not bad for a first review.

Pros:

-Good overview

-Went over personal experience

-Pointed out some criticisms

--------------------------------------------

I'm not sure what needs to be done, but maybe add something to your format. I know it's just a review, but if doing reviews is something you see yourself doing, why should I watch yours? If you do it to pass the time, then ok, no big deal. What I think you can really ride on, is your idea of price for performance. I think that could work and even stand out.

Just some food for thought.

Talking:

Also, I'm not sure if you are going off your head, or not. But it seems like a mix. What I mean is, it almost sounds like you're reading, like a robot, then you have a little thought and it kinda smooths out because you're just talking, then you get back to script and you sound robotic again. Like when you said "this case is an absolute monster." You don't "sound" convincing. Once again, that's probably because you had some things to say, planned out, and you wanted to make sure they were said. But I wouldn't know that. Plus that could just be your style. But you have to really bring me in, keep me engaged, or I'll find some other review. Know what I mean?

To improve?

Relax a bit, it's good to have a script just so you have your points and structure down. Read it over till it sounds natural, but never fake it. When someone is fake about how they feel about a product or what they are saying, it's one of the easiest things to pick up. Which you are not guilty of, so that's good. :P

This will all smooth out with time.

Eye Contact:

Though minor, your evasive eye contact is defiantly noticeable. Could be because you're a little nervous. No worries my dude. It's just you and the camera. Avoiding eye contact, just like in person, really make the listener/viewer, uncomfortable. It's like you didn't eat your vegetables and your mom asked if you did. It's like you don't want to be in the situation talking to me right now, an uneasy feeling.

To Improve?:

Once again shake them nerves off into space, relax. I'm sure you have good opinions and great knowledge on products. Now I don't know you personally, so I don't know if this is something you do all the time. But a good way at getting use to looking people in the eyes, is to first start with closer friends and relatives. Now of course don't just stare them down haha, but when they are talking to you, give a good amount of time staring back to their's. Now if you're like me, what happens is kinda like holding your breathe and getting the feeling to breath. When staring into the camera or to a person, this awkward feeling starts rising up. Just ignore it. Till you can hold it down. And like holding your breathe, the more you train to keep going, you'll get better.

Conclude:
There is other stuff to talk about, but I'll just leave you with this. For the grading scheme, I think you should just focus on price per performance. I think that could make you stand out. But that's up to you. Working on those two things I spoke about earlier first, I think are critical for you seeing more growth and even being a more effective, engaging reviewer. Hopefully I didn't come of too hard or anything, we can hug it out haha. I actually felt later in the video you got a lot more comfortable. Voice more engaging, eye contact better, even more body movement from your closed in posture. So you definitely can make these quick adjustments.

Solid first vid. Good work.

- Fresher than a fruit salad.
