CPU throttle

Hi, ive got a problem. Whenever the cpu(see picture) reaches 52 degrees it throttles. ive already disabled AMD Turbo Core. Ive also tried the following solution in this post: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2348127/overclocking-amd-6300-asus-m5a78l-usb3.html#15650838

Ive got a fx8320 with a corsair hyper h55, Motherboard is a: M5A78L-M/USB3(yeah i know its shit:) )

Any suggestions to fix this?

Its not the cpu, its the vrms on the cpu.

90% sure its the VRM's on the board throttling the CPU.

It's likely that it's the VRM's on the motherboard that are actually overheating and throttling. Undervolt your CPU or get some airflow over the VRM's to cool them off.

Yeah, the VRMS are horrible, my Sabertooths VRMS get really hot sometiems...

The VRM's even on my XPower get hot like 70C hot, but the VRM's are meant to get hot, just not stupid hot like what happens on the AMD boards when they are pushed real hard.

It is the VRM's on the motherboard. I've had a similar motherboard as you but not the USB3 version. Simply the motherboard throttles itself when the temperatures seek near 55degrees C. Hence why I upgraded my motherboard to OC further.
