So im rigging up LED's in my case. heres the specs

 

3.3v Max Voltage

110 milliAmps

5 Linear line up.

 

The problem is my powersupply is a NZXT its 12V+ rail is 60 Amps. 

so after doing the math it calls for a 80 ohm resistor.

Were up to a 500k Potentiomitor and its only lowering it by 4 volts. 

im not really knowledgeable about ohms law.

If they are single LEDs then you will need the proper resistor for each LED or have them in series to closely meet the 12V since they are 3.3V if you use the 12V rail and go down to 3.3V you will be outputting a lot of heat from that resistor, something like the 5V rail would be more ideal.

 

Can you link the LED's your using it will give a better idea of the situation.
