Need help throttling..

This is my router, i need someone to hlep me find the option to throttle my internet for my GUESTS, im suffering from extremely high ping time to time, I went to media priority and I put WOW, League, my pc itself on highest priority. and its not really improving at all. i wanna give them lowest possibly internet for them.

I'm sure you can set QoS on the router
