Nvidia GeForce experience shadowplay error

hi everyone 

 

i have an MSI GE 60 2 PE Apache Pro-0003,

nVidia GTX 860m

2gb GDDR5 Vram

i7-4710HQ

8gb Ram

 

so i have installed nVidia GeForce experince and then update all driver so 

all works but the only thins doesn't works is the Nvidia shadowplay,

it give me setting to configuration but it doesn't record anything even i set up hot keys.

Follow what Enderman said, I had to check the box for desktop capture for mine to work, then have the switch on then when you are in game hit the key combo that you set up and you should get a little green icon in one of the corners of your screen.

I have the latest version and it DOES have the allow desktop capture option

If you're playing in windowed make sure to enable desktop capture (or even if you're not), and for me i have to have it open in the background (so it shows on my taskbar) for it to actually record.
If you can see the little icon in the bottom right, it should be recording.

NOTE: I have to manually turn it on every time i restart.

You need to check the option to record desktop.

yes i know but i turn on the shadowplay option and the record desktop disappear, it only apears when i turn off shadowplay main switch !

Turn the desktop option on BEFORE you turn shadowplay on. Unless I'm misunderstanding something here.
