NZXT H440 Cooling

I would have 3 fans in the front then have the cooler at the top pushing air out.

what speeds are the fans running at?

if they arent below 600rpm then you should get a better fan controller that can go that low

if they are then you should get quieter fans

i would put 3 fans as intake at the front

then the AIo at the top as exhaust and the back fan exhaust as well

Speed is 730 - 980RPM

that should not make that much noise at that rpm...

i suggest you buy quieter fans like noctua or fractal design or bequiet
