Wireless Options for PC

What are my best options? Should i get a decent price USB wifi or should i go with a wireless NIC card? What are the pros and cons? I currently have an AC wireless router but i notice its not the greatest.......... but yeah looking forward to your feedback's! Thanks!

I use a Netgear WNDA4100 USB WiFi adapter on my NAS and it works great.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

Wireless NIC card is better

 

Most cards are better than a standart USB adapter yes, but you can't reposition the antennas to find the best spot. I use the USB-N14 from Asus and it works grat. Before I used a "normal" WiFi to USB adapter but the signal streng was to low, so I had random disconnects.

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil
