Cant get in contact with Lamptron support

I think I'm going insane, I've been trying to reach Lamptron support for over a month without success, I've tried contacting them with two diffrent emails... I'm becoming quite desperate now, as I need a god damn working fan controller. I tought Lamptron was a serious company, lets just say I'm not very impressed.

 

Do you guys have any idea how I can get this **** fixed asap?

I have no idea so I'm going to take a shot in the dark her.

Have you tried looking for a phone number or an online live chat or any other way to get an instant reply?

Are you sure you've got the right emails?

They don't really have a number on their site...
I find the best way to get through to a company is to harass them on twitter.

They have neither a live chat nor a phone number. Their site uses a ticket system, they have updated their "support interface" since my last email, but now with the new one my messages are stuck on "sending" in their system. Here is a link to their new "glorious" support system http://www.lamptron.com/support/

Complain to them about that. Bitch. Make a fuss. If they have any PR sense, they will bend over for you.

If not, contact the BBB.
