I am about to build a pc with a black and white color scheme, so I'm looking for a keyboard to match

I like cherry mx brown switches and i'm looking for a black keyboard with white backlighting that i can make pulse, I know I can do this with a Corsair K70 RGB, but it does way more than I need

Any suggestions?

Ducky Shine 3? Comes in like 7 different LED colors (including white). Insane build quality. Has lots of lighting modes but not as in-depth as the K70 RGB

I done been through a whole lot. Trial, tribulations, but I know God - Kendrick Lamar

Ducky Shine 3.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

You are not going to find an rgb k70 so that was never an option. The g710+ is black and white with white leds. It does have an ugly orange bracket around the left g keys though. Small inconvenience but it's a nice keyboard.

Just a heads up @OP if you do get the G710+...

I had a G710 (non-plus) a while back (same as the G710+, but with MX Blues, not Browns). The keys started snapping at the stem within a week of me owning it. Apparently it's a pretty common issue with the keyboards too. It's a shame, because other than that, it was a really nice board. The volume knob and media buttons were so awesome. If you get third party keycaps to replace the crappy OE ones, then you can potentially have a really great keyboard.

I've had mine 6 months now and I have abused it at least 2 different times in moments of rage. Not even the slightest bit of damage. I had a k70 before this and even though the board on the k70 felt a bit more sturdy the keycaps feel exactly the same. I have heard of this before, you are the first person I have seen claim have the issue for their own keyboard though. Something tells me it's isolated to people with rage issues.

Pfffft, I don't rage....... that much :P

A simple google search shows it's pretty common.

g710+ keycaps breaking

Then again, I got my G710 the day it was released, so maybe that had something to do with it. However, I've seen lots of people with the issues on the "+" version as well.

Could definitely be a first batch issue.
