My Windows is broken

So, I was doing some overclocking, and then my system wouldn't start, and It would go into startup repair.

 

So, I pushed the overclock back, but It is still doing this, what do I do

 

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

I think I might have the sticker somewhere, I just don't know where that place might be.

I'm not aware of many system builders including a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate....usually just Home Premium or Professional :P

 

Perhaps while you were overclocking, you didn't lower the memory multiplier, causing your memory to be overclocked and unstable. Unstable memory will cause so much corruption within windows and apps. You can try using a Windows 7 disc to repair your installation. If not, Windows 7 lets you do an install without asking for the product key. That combined with several rearm attempts will probably buy you enough time to find your product key. You can also install Windows on top of your current install and use software to find the key that you had installed.

I cant install a disc, because it won't work, cause It won't boot.

Orrrrrrr, Reset the BIOS. 

If that doesn't fix it, boot to an installer disk and do the repair from there.

Resetting the BIOS might fix the issue. Remove the CMOS battery and leave the motherboard to stay without it for a while. That might help. 
Your best bet would be to find the key and do a fresh install of the OS.

you still can pop the CD in when the PC is in BIOS

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
