I think you will, though Nvidia recommends a 550W PSU (remember that they overstate the requirements, though, so that they don't get in to legal trouble).

360 Watt from the Wall @ 90% efficency equals 324 Watt, that the system acutally uses.

You pushing the power supply to the limit. A better way o say this is that if you jog then you will go further then if you were sprinting.
