How much would u pay?

i am looking at many different computers that are cheap for my cousin to buy how much would u pay for 

 

core i5-3470

gtx 660 

(2x6) 12 gb ram

1tb hdd

hp mobo 3 pci slots one of witch is able to hold a gpu (i think its called 16x pci)

460watt psu

CPUi7 5820k

MotherboardAsRock x99 extreme4

RAM16gb (4x4gb)

Probably up to 350-400$ depending of computer state (clean and what not)
