Why is Uplay so BAD?

Built my new computer. Went to play Far Cry 4 at max settings cause I can now. And they wont send me the damn password reset email. They simply will not. Does anyone have any tips? Cant call then since they are closed already.

nothing really wrong with Uplay other then shitty prices. you just had some bad luck.

My favourite uplay moment was when Watch_Dogs just flat out wouldn't run while the Uplay overlay was enabled... You get to the first loading screen and then nothing.

 

Actually wait no, my favourite uplay moment is when it forces every Ubisoft game to run behind it, so I have to manually go into options and turn off Window Mode every single time.

was doing a accros the map race in "the crew" was in over 85 minutes!!!!!! of racing .... connection to uplay lost ....   i was not really happy...
