I think GTX 960 isn't going to be worth it for you, you can get R9 280X instead (although 960 has much lower TDP). By the way the PSU is too much unless you want to play safe. But I think it's solid.

As much as I love Nvidia, the 960 is quite bad and has no place in the GTX line
